Orders take approx. 5 business days to arrive to you via shipping. If you select in store pickup we will email you once ready for in store pickup. 

Please report any damaged items within 3 business days of delivery to themercantileonbroad@gmail.com

If you need to return/exchange an item please email us at themercantileonbroad@gmail.com for further instructions within 3 business days of delivery. Return shipping is paid for by the customer.

After 3 business days from the date of delivery all items are considered FINAL SALE.

ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED/UNWORN, FREE OF ODORS AND STAINS AND WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE.

Please be sure to email us with any issues - do not bring items to the store until instructions have been sent to you via email to do so. We do not keep inventory at our storefront due to limited storage space.

Store credit will be issued for all returns.

FINAL SALE items include: accessories, swimsuits, items marked at half off or more, seasonal items and custom made items. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
